How Much Does a Photo Booth Cost in Oregon? (2026 Pricing Guide)
Photo booths are one of the most searched add-ons for Oregon weddings, proms, and corporate events — and one of the most opaque on pricing. Most companies don’t publish their rates. Apogee does. Here’s what photo booths actually cost in Oregon and what drives the price.
Oregon Photo Booth Pricing: The Short Version
Most photo booth rentals in Oregon run between $545 and $1,295 for a 3–4 hour event. At Apogee, we have seven booth styles with transparent pricing:
- Companion Booth — $545 (ring light open-air, digital + prints)
- Glam Booth — $545 (soft-glow flattering filter, digital + prints)
- Princess Booth (Ring Light + Prints) — $645 (premium ring light, always-on prints)
- AI Photo Booth — $645 (AI-transformed scenes, shareable digital)
- 360 Video Booth — $895 (slow-motion video, shareable clips)
- The Queen’s Booth — $895 (premium enclosure, professional lighting)
- Magic Mirror Booth — $1,095 (full-length interactive mirror, touchscreen)
All booths include a custom overlay in your colors, unlimited sessions, and a digital gallery. Prints are included on most booths — check the specific package.
What Drives Photo Booth Pricing Up
Booth type
Open-air booths (Companion, Glam) cost less than enclosed or interactive booths (Magic Mirror, Queen’s). The Mirror Booth, for example, involves more hardware, more setup time, and more attendant labor than a ring light open-air setup.
Event length
Most base packages are 3–4 hours. Extra hours typically run $150–$200/hr. If your event runs 6 hours, budget for the overage.
Prints vs. digital-only
Some booths are digital-only (AI Booth, 360 Booth) — guests get shareable files but no physical prints. Others include prints in the base price. If prints matter to you, confirm before booking.
Custom backdrop
Most booths come with a standard backdrop. Fully custom printed backdrops (florals, branded, specific colors) can add $75–$150. We have a large backdrop library already — most couples find something they love without custom printing.
Roaming booth
Our Roaming Booth ($545) is attendant-operated throughout the event — no fixed station. It requires more labor and moves through the crowd. Great for cocktail hours or events where a fixed footprint is awkward.
What Drives the Price Down
Bundling with DJ
Our most-booked combo — DJ + Companion Booth — is $1,995. Booking them separately would cost more. Bundling almost always saves money.
Off-peak dates
Weekdays and winter months have more availability. We can sometimes offer better pricing on dates that aren’t competitive.
Shorter events
School dances that run 3 hours cost less than 6-hour wedding receptions. The base package usually covers shorter events without add-on hours.
