We handle that. We build the timeline, make the calls, coordinate the vendors, and stay on-site all day so you never have to leave the dance floor to solve a problem. Yes. We work well with any vendors you have already chosen. If you want recommendations for vendors you have not booked yet, we have a trusted Oregon vendor network and can help you find the right fit at the right price.
Day-of coordination books fast — 9 to 12 months out is ideal for prime Oregon wedding dates. Full planning clients typically book 12 to 18 months ahead. That said, we take on last-minute bookings when our calendar allows. Check your date and we will let you know what is available.
Absolutely. Many couples book Apogee for DJ or photo booth first, then add coordination as their wedding gets closer. Because we are already on your team, the handoff is seamless and there is no awkward introduction period.
More than most people expect. We reach out to all your vendors 4–6 weeks before the wedding to confirm details and build a unified timeline. On the day itself, we manage venue setup, vendor arrivals, ceremony cues, reception flow, and anything that comes up. You will not receive a single question that day that is meant for us.
