You can book one service or build a full team. We would love to meet you in the office to chat details, go over them by phone or email, or you can book what you need online. No matter what, your details, pricing, and staff will never be a mystery.
Check your event date for availability
Tell us what you are planning, where it is happening, which services you need, and if possible how long you need them for. We confirm availability and any travel right away, then send you a proposal to review. You can also check availability online and book what you need at your own pace.
Transparent pricing
We show all of our pricing up front. Choose a service or bundle, or reach out for a custom quote. There are no hidden fees beyond what we show you. Review your proposal with your fiancé or your work team, share it with anyone who needs to see it, and sign when you are ready.
Organized event planning
Our event planning system lets you, and anyone you choose, keep tabs on your event details. Questionnaires guide you through your music, booth design, photography lists, planning checklists, film details, and any other vendor notes. Everyone you share the plan with sees it in real time, and that keeps your event running smooth.
Meet the team responsible
Visit us at our office or your venue, and tell us what would help you feel comfortable with everything we can do for you. If in person is not possible, we can do video chats, phone calls, or hash it out by email and text.
Enjoy your event
We take care of everything from setup to tear down. We arrive early to troubleshoot the small stuff and check in with your other vendors, we are confident on the microphone, and we see your event plan through. All you need to do is enjoy yourself and have a fun, stress-free time.
