What “Grand Ballroom” Events Need
Large ballroom events — those with 150+ guests in a formal setting — have specific entertainment requirements that smaller events don’t. Coverage matters: a sound system that works for 80 guests in a hotel conference room won’t fill a 300-person ballroom cleanly. Apogee brings line-array or distributed speaker systems for large rooms, ensuring every table hears the MC clearly without the front tables getting blown out.
Lighting matters too. Large ballrooms benefit from uplighting and dance floor lighting that match the event aesthetic. Our full production packages include both.
