Audio in Barn Venues
Barn acoustics are unique. High ceilings and wood surfaces create natural reverb that can work beautifully at the right volume or get muddy when pushed too hard. The sweet spot for barn audio is a moderate volume with speakers positioned to cover the dance floor without reflecting too aggressively off the walls. We’ve calibrated audio in enough barn venues to know the difference immediately when we walk in.
For outdoor ceremonies adjacent to barn receptions — which is common in Oregon — we bring separate ceremony audio that runs independently from the reception system. Wireless mics, wind protection, battery backup.
Photo Booths That Work in Barns
The natural wood backdrop in barn venues is one of the best photo booth backgrounds you can have.
