How Much Does a Casino Party Cost in Oregon?
The short answer is $4,495 for an all-in-one Casino Party for up to 75 guests. That price includes four casino tables, professional dealers, an Apogee DJ, a photo booth, custom fun cash, raffle tickets, uplighting, setup, and teardown. The full party runs four hours, with three hours of dealt play. Extra DJ and photo booth time is $300 per hour. Travel and any applicable peak-season charge appear in the quote. Guests never wager real money, dealers teach at the table, and chip totals become raffle tickets for prizes you provide.
What $4,495 buys you
Our $4,495 Casino Party includes four tables, professional dealers, a DJ and photo booth for four hours, three hours of dealt play, custom fun cash, raffle tickets, uplighting, setup, and teardown for up to 75 guests.
The dealers matter more than the felt. A trained dealer runs every table, keeps the game moving, and walks first-timers through the rules, so nobody stands around confused.

How a fun-money casino night works
Guests get a stack of fun cash when they walk in. They trade it for chips at any table, play as long as the money holds, and turn whatever they win into raffle tickets or prize entries at the end of the night.
No real gambling happens. Nobody buys chips with real money and nobody cashes out. The current public CheckCherry package is sold for company parties and private events; it specifically says fundraisers are not available.
Which tables should you pick?
The base package includes four tables and you choose the mix. Here is how the games actually play at a party:
- Blackjack, the most popular table and the easiest for beginners to pick up.
- Craps, the loudest table in the room. If you want one corner of the party yelling at dice all night, this is it.
- Roulette, simple to join mid-game, no skill required.
- Texas Hold'em poker, for the crowd that wants to bluff their coworkers.
- Let It Ride and Three Card Poker, slower-paced tables for guests who want to sit and talk while they play.
What moves the price up or down
Guest count is the biggest lever. The $4,495 Casino Party covers up to 75 guests on four tables. Bigger crowds move up a package: the Zenith Casino Party is $6,295 for 76 to 150 guests, the Apex is $8,995 for 151 to 225, and the Pinnacle is $10,645 for 226 to 300. Extra blackjack and poker tables are $450 each, craps and roulette $650.
The DJ and photo booth are already included. Price changes come from added tables, extra time, travel, larger guest counts, or an applicable peak-season charge.
| Add-on | 2027 price |
|---|---|
| Extra DJ and photo booth hour | $300 |
| Extra blackjack or poker table | $450 |
| Extra craps or roulette table | $650 |
| Trivia | $500 |
| Projector + screen | $175 |
| Fog machine | $175 |
Casino tables at a wedding
If the party is a wedding reception, the casino is a $2,500 add-on with one blackjack table, two roulette tables, one craps table, friendly teaching dealers, all gear, raffle tickets for your prizes, DJ facilitation, and three deal hours. It stacks with your other entertainment: a Wedding DJ at $1,650 plus casino comes to $4,150, and our most-booked combo, DJ plus any photo booth at $2,445, plus casino lands at $4,945.
Cocktail hour and the stretch after dinner are where the tables earn their keep. Guests who never touch the dance floor still have something to do.
