The Apogee Experience

Five wedding vendors on one contract: a DJ and MC for six hours, any of our seven photo booths running those same six hours, all-day photography with two shooters, a full wedding film with drone, and full planning. The price is $12,445 flat, $1,935 less than the same five booked separately. One team, 2,000+ Oregon events since 2006, so your vendors already share a timeline before your day starts.

Why hire one team instead of five vendors

01One team, one contract, one invoice You book once. The planner, DJ, shooters, film crew, and booth attendant all answer to the same office, so nothing falls between vendors.
02Your vendors already know each other The photographers know when the DJ cues the toasts. The film crew knows when the send-off starts. Nobody is meeting for the first time at your wedding.
03The savings are sheet math, not a gimmick Booked separately, these five services run $14,380. Bundled, $12,445 flat. That is $1,935 back, and the work sits behind 370+ five-star reviews and 2,000+ events since 2006.

The proof

How the night flows

10:00 AM
Photographers arrive
All-day coverage, two shooters. One goes with each side of the wedding party, so both mornings get shot.
4:00 PM
Ceremony
Wireless mics and processional music from your DJ, film crew rolling, drone up where the venue allows it.
5:00 PM
Cocktail hour
The booth is already open. It runs your full six hours, not a two-hour window after dinner.
6:00 PM
Dinner and toasts
Your DJ handles introductions and cues each toast. The planner keeps the kitchen and the timeline in sync.
7:30 PM
Open dance floor
Dance lighting kicks on when the party does, never during dinner. Uplighting in your colors has been on all night.
10:00 PM
Last dance and send-off
Both shooters and the film crew are in position for the exit. You leave, we tear down.

Clients who bundled

Highly recommend working with Apogee. We are very busy and had little time or energy, but wanted the wedding of our dreams. They made it happen with little help from us. They offer all the services you may need.

Having worked on many events with Apogee Events, I can say that their performance is top of the line. The staff is professional, easy to work with, and present great ideas for room design, music selection, and Emcee services. Their photo booths are easy to use and produce excellent quality photos, videos, and memories.

What happens next

One wedding plan, not five vendor chases

The value of a full Apogee team is not just the bundle price. The DJ, planner, photo, film, and booth crews work from one shared schedule.

  1. Map the whole wedding

We confirm the date, venue, guest count, priorities, open vendor needs, and the level of planning help required.

  2. Assign the Apogee team

You know who is handling planning, DJ, photography, film, and the booth before the wedding.

  3. Build one working timeline

Ceremony, portraits, entrances, dinner, speeches, dances, film audio, and booth hours are planned together.

  4. Run one coordinated load-in

The teams share venue access, power, room layout, contact names, and cue points instead of asking you the same questions.

  5. Finish the work after the wedding

Your event ends that night, but the photo gallery and film are still guaranteed in fewer than 90 days.

Package questions

How much does an all-inclusive wedding package cost in Oregon?
The Apogee Experience is $12,445 flat. That covers a wedding DJ and MC for six hours, any of our seven photo booths running the same six hours, all-day photography with two shooters, a full wedding film with drone, and full planning. Booked separately the same five services run $14,380, so the bundle saves $1,935.
Which photo booth is included?
Choose any of the seven: Companion, Princess, Glam, Queen, 360, Magic Mirror, or Roaming. Every booth includes instant text delivery, a custom overlay, and an online gallery, and it runs the full six hours. Most styles include an attendant; the Companion is self-serve.
Is the planning full planning or just day-of coordination?
Full planning, the $5,445 tier, not the $2,500 day-of package. You get planning help from booking through the last dance, and your planner works for the same company as every other vendor on your day.
Can we add more to the package?
Yes. A casino night with pro dealers is $2,500, karaoke is $350, an audio guest book is $200. Need more time? An extra hour is $300 with the booth running alongside the DJ.
Where do you travel for the Apogee Experience?
We're based in downtown Salem, so there's travel is calculated by service and the exact charge appears in your quote. We work weddings across Oregon, from Black Butte Ranch in Sisters to the coast.
