Why build it with one vendor

01One event team, one invoice DJ, booth, dealers, and arcade setup can all come from the same 20-year shop. One contract, one load-in window, one person to call, instead of four vendors pointing at each other.
02Real corporate rooms, not stock photos The Team Feud stage above is a PacificSource party. The casino-styled booth strip below is from a T-Mobile event in Salem. We've run 2,000+ events since 2006, and a lot of them were company parties.
03The booth does holiday duty Every booth includes a custom overlay, instant text delivery, and an online gallery. Most styles include an attendant; the Digital Companion Booth is self-serve. Santa hats and Jingle and Mingle borders are a Tuesday for us.

The proof

How the night flows

5:00
Load-in before your guests
Sound, lights, tables, cabinets, and booth set and tested before doors. You give the venue one arrival window, not four.
6:00
Doors open, booth opens
The booth runs from minute one. Guests get their photos by text before they've found their table.
7:00
Dinner and the mic
Your DJ keeps dinner music at a level people can talk over, then hands a working mic to whoever gives the toast or the year-end recap.
7:45
Casino tables open
Pro dealers deal blackjack, poker, craps, or roulette with fun money. No real gambling, and the coworkers who never dance will play all night.
8:30
Arcade heats up
Full-size classics on free play. NFL Blitz rivalries between departments are real, we've watched them happen.
10:00
Last songs, last hands
The DJ closes the floor, the dealers wrap the tables, and the booth's online gallery link is already in everyone's phones.

Clients who bundled

Highly recommend working with Apogee. We are very busy and had little time or energy, but wanted the wedding of our dreams. They made it happen with little help from us. They offer all the services you may need.

Plan the company party around the people

A holiday party can carry awards, dinner, speeches, casino games, a booth, and dancing. We put those pieces in an order that does not feel like a meeting.

  1. Set the business goals

Tell us who is attending, what leadership needs to say, the budget, the room, and what employees should remember.

  2. Choose the entertainment mix

Build the party from DJ, photo booth, casino, game show, arcade, or a focused combination.

  3. Approve branding and program

Logos, overlays, fun cash, survey questions, awards, names, music, and announcements are settled in advance.

  4. Coordinate the venue

We handle load-in, power, floor plans, staging, sound checks, and the handoff with the company or venue lead.

  5. Host without making it stiff

The DJ keeps the program clear, moves guests into the fun, and knows when to stop talking.

Package questions

How much does a corporate holiday party package cost in Salem, Oregon?
It depends what you stack. The Event DJ is $1,250 for three hours, photo booths start at $545 with $200 off any booth with the DJ, casino is $4,495 for four tables and a four-hour event with three hours of dealt play, and the $7,995 Arcade Party adds eight full-size classics with DJ and photo booth. You build only what fits your room and headcount.
Is the casino night real gambling?
No. It is fun money with professional dealers, so nobody's paycheck is on the table. $4,495 covers four tables and a four-hour event with three hours of dealt play. Extra tables are $450 for blackjack or poker and $650 for craps or roulette.
Can the photo booth match our holiday theme?
Yes. Every booth includes a custom overlay, instant text delivery, and an online gallery. Most styles include an attendant; the Digital Companion Booth is self-serve. The Santa-hat prints on this page came from the College of Forestry Holiday Soiree, and the casino-styled strip from a T-Mobile event in Salem.
What if we want a game show instead?
That's its own package. The Game Show Party is $4,995 and includes a live 90-minute Team Feud plus a DJ and a photo booth. The Team Feud stage photo above is from a real PacificSource party in Salem.
Do you charge travel for company parties outside Salem?
Travel is calculated by service and the exact charge appears in your quote. We're headquartered in downtown Salem inside Cellar 54 and run corporate parties across the Willamette Valley, from Portland to Eugene.
