What $4,995 buys

01A real game show stage Live Team Feud runs about 90 minutes: LED podium, dual scoreboards, strike graphics on twin screens, and a host who keeps the rounds moving. It is survey-style, like the well-known TV format, but built for teams instead of families.
02A DJ, not just a game Music before the show, sound during it, and a party after. The host and DJ work from one timeline, so nothing stalls between rounds. Total event coverage is four hours.
03A photo booth, any style Pick any of our seven booths, Companion to 360. Every booth includes instant text delivery, a custom overlay, and an online gallery. Most styles include an attendant; the Companion is self-serve, and the 360 is always staffed.

Clients who bundled

Highly recommend working with Apogee. We are very busy and had little time or energy, but wanted the wedding of our dreams. They made it happen with little help from us. They offer all the services you may need.

Having worked on many events with Apogee Events, I can say that their performance is top of the line. The staff is professional, easy to work with, and present great ideas for room design, music selection, and Emcee services. Their photo booths are easy to use and produce excellent quality photos, videos, and memories.

Make the game about your group

The buzzer hardware matters less than the people on stage. We shape the questions, teams, host notes, and room setup around your event.

  1. Tell us the audience

Share the group size, ages, company or school context, team names, and the tone you want.

  2. Write the custom game

We prepare survey questions, inside references, logos, and any material that needs approval.

  3. Build the four-hour flow

The game show, DJ, booth, food, awards, and open social time are placed into one run of show.

  4. Set and test the room

Buzzers, podiums, scoreboard, sound, host position, booth, and any screen support are checked before guests enter.

  5. Host the competition

We explain the rules, keep the rounds moving, involve the audience, and turn the room back into a party after the winner is named.

Package questions

How much does a game show party cost in Oregon?
$4,995 flat with Apogee. That covers a four-hour party with a live 90-minute Team Feud game show, a host and full stage, a DJ, and a photo booth. Extra hours are $300. Travel is calculated by service and the exact charge appears in your quote.
What is Team Feud?
Our survey-style team game show. Two teams face a projected survey board, a live host runs the rounds, and strikes go up on twin screens when you miss. It feels familiar if you know the popular TV format, but it is built for client teams, coworkers, schools, and friend groups.
Does a game show work for corporate events?
Yes. The format fits holiday parties, all-staff days, team events, school events, and fundraiser crowds because people can play, watch, laugh, and jump into the photo booth without needing to dance.
Which photo booth comes with the package?
Any of our seven styles: Companion, Princess, Glam, Queen, 360, Magic Mirror, or Roaming. Every booth includes instant text delivery, a custom overlay, and an online gallery. Most styles include an attendant; the Digital Companion Booth is self-serve.
Can we add more entertainment?
Yes. Karaoke is $350, a projector and screen is $175, and the full Arcade Party with eight classics, DJ, and booth is $7,995. Everything rides on the same contract and invoice.
