Grad Night Package

Grad night is the all-nighter problem: keep a gym full of seniors busy until sunrise with no dead air. One Apogee crew brings the DJ, the photo booth, full-size arcade cabinets, and a live Team Feud game show, on one contract with one load-in. Parent committees plan it once, then chaperone instead of stage-manage.

Why one crew for grad night

01One contract, one load-in DJ, booth, arcade, and game show from one company, on one invoice, with one person to call. Booking any booth with the Event DJ also takes $200 off the booth.
02Four stations, zero dead air Seniors drift when there is one thing to do. A dance floor, a photo booth, an arcade row, and a hosted 90-minute Team Feud keep the whole room busy until the lights come up.
03School-tested We have run photo booths for Corban University and Willamette University formals and a Scio High School event, and DJ'd prom at the Willamette Heritage Center. Choose a staffed booth when you want our attendant handling the line; the Companion is self-serve.

Clients who bundled

The price point is perfect and they delivered! Can't recommend this company highly enough.

Highly recommend working with Apogee. We are very busy and had little time or energy, but wanted the wedding of our dreams. They made it happen with little help from us. They offer all the services you may need.

Having worked on many events with Apogee Events, I can say that their performance is top of the line. The staff is professional, easy to work with, and present great ideas for room design, music selection, and Emcee services. Their photo booths are easy to use and produce excellent quality photos, videos, and memories.

What happens next

Build a long night students will actually use

Grad night works when the activities fit the room, the school rules, and the hours. We plan the event with the adult committee before the trucks load.

  1. Meet the committee

We confirm the date, venue, student count, budget, schedule, supervision, clean-music rules, and insurance needs.

  2. Choose the activity mix

DJ, booths, games, casino-style entertainment, game show, and arcade options are matched to the space and budget.

  3. Draw the floor plan

Power, exits, lines, quiet zones, staff positions, food, and heavy-equipment access are planned together.

  4. Approve the operating plan

Music, announcements, prize rules, activity hours, school contacts, and emergency handoffs are settled before the date.

  5. Run the full event

Apogee staff operate their stations, the DJ keeps students informed, and the committee has one lead contact for the entertainment.

Package questions

How much does a grad night package cost in Oregon?
It's built per school. The Event DJ is $1,250 for 3 hours, photo booths start at $545 and get $200 off with the DJ, the Arcade Party adds eight full-size classics with DJ and booth for $7,995, and the Game Show Party, a live 90-minute Team Feud plus DJ and booth, is $4,995. Tell us your headcount and hours and we quote the whole night.
Can the party run past midnight?
Yes. Grad lock-ins usually do, and we quote for the real hours up front instead of surprising you later. The booth attendant stays for the full run and the DJ plays until the schedule says stop.
What arcade games do you bring?
Full-size cabinets, not tabletop versions. The lineup includes two Fast and the Furious racers, Golden Tee 3D Golf, NFL Blitz, and Big Buck Hunter Pro. The $7,995 Arcade Party brings all eight plus a DJ and photo booth.
How do students get their photo booth pictures?
Photos are texted to students on the spot, with a full online gallery after the event. Every booth includes a custom overlay carrying the school and year. Most styles include an attendant; the Companion is self-serve.
Have you done school events like this before?
Yes, 20 years of them. We have run photo booths for Corban University and Willamette University formals and a Scio High School event, and DJ'd prom at the Willamette Heritage Center. 2,000+ events total since 2006.
