Bend Wedding DJ

A Bend wedding can move from quiet vows under the Cascades to a full dance floor in the same room, and you should know how that change will happen before the day arrives. Apogee is a full-time DJ company, so questions do not sit unanswered. You plan online, link a streaming playlist, choose formal songs with your DJ, and know who is handling every cue. We usually arrive at least two hours before our start time, bring the ceremony and reception sound, test the microphones, and work with the venue before guests need us. Setup and teardown are included. At Sunriver, Tetherow, Brasada Ranch, Black Butte, or a private Bend venue, we plan for heat, wind, power, and the music your crowd came to hear.

How much does a wedding DJ cost in Bend, Oregon?
$1,650 for five hours with Apogee. That covers ceremony sound, MC work, a pro sound system, dance lighting, custom uplighting, and online planning. Extra hours are $200, or $300 when a photo booth runs alongside.
Do you travel from Salem to Bend?
Yes. We work Central Oregon venues like Sunriver Resort, Brasada Ranch, Tetherow, and Black Butte Ranch. DJ service includes 50 miles each way, then $1 per additional mile, shown in your quote.
What if our ceremony site has no power?
We bring a backup power solution. Some of Brasada Ranch's remote ceremony sites have no power access, and the music still plays.
Does wind ruin outdoor ceremony sound in Central Oregon?
It can when nobody plans for it. We use directional mics and check speaker and mic positioning at soundcheck, which matters at open-air sites like Black Butte Ranch.
Is the DJ also our MC?
Yes. Introductions, toasts, timeline cues, and announcements are all part of the six hours. You never hand the mic to a stranger.
