The entertainment should support the cause, not compete with it. We start with the guest count, speaker or auction schedule, raffle plan, sponsor needs, and the moments when the room needs to listen. Then we help choose the right activity: a live game show, a DJ and MC, a branded photo booth, or arcade games. Sponsor logos can appear on booth prints and game-show screens. Apogee puts the program and entertainment on one plan, then keeps the equipment and crew on one contract.

Do you travel outside Salem for fundraisers?
Yes. We're based in downtown Salem inside Cellar 54, with travel is calculated by service and the exact charge appears in your quote, and we run events in Portland, Eugene, Bend, Medford, and on the Oregon coast.
