West Hills Vineyard & Stables is a working vineyard and equestrian estate in the Salem area, wine country up front, ranch character everywhere else. Ceremony sound in the vines
Open-air vineyard ceremonies need directional speakers aimed at the seats, not the whole valley. Every outdoor ceremony gets wind-protected mics, so a gusty afternoon doesn't eat your vows.
Power on an estate property
Event spaces on a working vineyard and equestrian estate aren't always next to an outlet. We bring power solutions for the remote corners of the property, including generator backup when power isn't guaranteed.
Booth placement, go roaming
Guests here spread out between the vines and the event spaces, so the Roaming booth earns its keep, the attendant carries it to the party instead of waiting for the party to find it. The all-digital Companion booth works too, and we already run a custom West Hills vineyard overlay that photographs well against the estate backdrop.
Chase the late light
Golden hour beside the vineyard rows is the shot. We build the timeline so you can step out to the vines when the light lands, without stalling dinner or the dance floor.
Plan earlier than a ballroom
Estate venues need more planning lead time than traditional venues, more moving parts, more distance between spaces. Our planning happens online ahead of time, so music, timeline, and announcements are dialed before we load in.
