The ocean sets the mood, but the tide, wind, travel, and ceremony window shape the real wedding day. We plan coast weddings from Cannon Beach to Bandon with those limits in the timeline from the start. For coordination, we step in 4 to 6 weeks before the wedding, confirm every vendor, set arrival times, and put the ceremony, portraits, dinner, and reception into one plan people can follow. Full planning begins earlier and adds venue, vendor, and budget help. On the day, your coordinator runs the schedule and handles changes on site, so you can watch the weather without carrying the whole wedding with it.

Day-of coordination is $2,445. Full planning, with venue sourcing and budget tracking, is $5,445. Day-of includes up to 20 hours of our time and full planning up to 40. Extra time is $100 an hour. Both cover coast weddings from Cannon Beach to Bandon.
Do you charge a travel fee for Oregon Coast weddings?
Travel is calculated by service and the exact charge appears in your quote, where we're based. Coast dates do travel, so ask when you check your date and we'll give you the exact number before you sign anything.
What does a day-of coordinator actually do?
For $2,445 you get vendor coordination, timeline creation, ceremony and reception direction, and a coordinator on site all day. You enjoy the wedding, we run it.
How do tides and wind change a coast wedding timeline?
Tides set your ceremony window, and wind has a say in everything from veil shots to chair arrangements. We build the timeline around the tide table for your date instead of fighting it.
