We plan coast weddings from Cannon Beach to Bandon with those limits in the timeline from the start. For coordination, we step in 4 to 6 weeks before the wedding, confirm every vendor, set arrival times, and put the ceremony, portraits, dinner, and reception into one plan people can follow. Full planning begins earlier and adds venue, vendor, budget, and rehearsal help. On the day, your coordinator runs the schedule and handles changes on site, so you can watch the weather without carrying the whole wedding with it.
