Portland Wedding Planning

By the final month, no couple should be carrying five versions of the wedding schedule between vendors. Our day-of coordination starts 4 to 6 weeks before the wedding. We collect the contracts and contacts, confirm arrival and setup details, close the unanswered questions, and build one master timeline. Your coordinator stays on site through the wedding to manage vendor arrivals, ceremony cues, reception flow, and the changes guests never need to see. Full planning starts earlier and adds venue and vendor sourcing, budget tracking, and rehearsal direction. When Apogee is also your DJ, booth, photography, or film team, those services already share the same plan.

Do you work with vendors we already booked?
Yes. We coordinate any vendors you have chosen. And if you booked our DJ, photo booth, photography, or film, your planner and your entertainment crew are already the same team on one contract.
How far ahead should Portland couples book coordination?
9 to 12 months for day-of coordination on prime Saturdays, 12 to 18 months for full planning. Two months out and half planned? Call anyway, we can step in late.
Do you actually cover Portland?
Yes. We plan and coordinate weddings across Portland, the Willamette Valley, Eugene, Bend, Medford, and the Oregon Coast. Our studio is at 285 Liberty St NE in downtown Salem, about an hour south of Portland.
