Magic Mirror Photo Booth

The Magic Mirror feels like part of the room before anyone realizes it is a photo booth. Guests see themselves in the full-length glass, follow the prompts, tap the screen, sign their photo, and walk away with a printed strip. Before your event, we confirm the floor space, power, backdrop plan, access, and custom overlay. Our crew builds and tests the mirror before guests arrive, and an attendant stays nearby to help with poses, props, and the line. Each photo can also be sent by text or email, and the complete event lands in an online gallery afterward.

Everything in a Magic Mirror rental

The Magic Mirror is $895 and includes five hours. Text delivery, a custom overlay, an online gallery, and an attendant are included with this style. Extra hours are $200.

A full-length interactive mirror

Guests see themselves in the glass while the mirror runs animations and pose prompts. Nobody stares awkwardly at a camera box.

Tap, sign, play on the glass

The mirror surface is a touchscreen. Guests tap emojis, sign their names, and follow the on-screen prompts between shots.

Real prints plus instant text

Every guest gets a custom-printed strip on the spot, and the digital copy goes straight to their phone by text or email.

Custom overlay on every print

Your monogram, wedding hashtag, or company logo on every strip and every text. Included, not an upcharge.

Online gallery after the event

The full photo set lands in an online gallery afterward, so nobody has to chase down copies.

An attendant the whole time

A real person sets up, keeps the line moving, and handles the props. The Magic Mirror always comes staffed; only our digital Companion runs self-serve.

Real props, real prints, no stock photos

What clients say

Having worked on many events with Apogee Events, I can say that their performance is top of the line. The staff is professional, easy to work with, and present great ideas for room design, music selection, and Emcee services. Their photo booths are easy to use and produce excellent quality photos, videos, and memories.

Highly recommend working with Apogee. We are very busy and had little time or energy, but wanted the wedding of our dreams. They made it happen with little help from us. They offer all the services you may need.

Turn the mirror into part of the room

The Magic Mirror is both a booth and a showpiece. We plan the print, backdrop, floor space, and guest path so it looks intentional in the venue.

  1. Choose the print format

Pick 2x6 strips or 4x6 postcards, then tell us the names, logo, colors, and theme for the layout.

  2. Reserve the footprint

We confirm room for the full-length mirror, backdrop, props, printer, and guests waiting their turn.

  3. We program the experience

The on-screen prompts, animations, and finished design are prepared before event day.

  4. An attendant guides guests

Guests pose, follow the mirror prompts, sign the screen, and receive their print within seconds.

  5. The gallery comes with it

You receive the full digital gallery, with every designed image preserved at its original shape.

Magic Mirror Photo Booth questions, answered

How much does a Magic Mirror photo booth cost in Oregon?
Booths start at $545, and every style prices in the same band. Your exact quote depends on date, location, and hours, and you see it in the booking system before you commit. Travel is calculated by service and the exact charge appears in your quote.
How does a Magic Mirror photo booth work?
It's a full-length mirror with a touchscreen surface. Guests see themselves in the reflection while the mirror walks them through poses and animations, they can tap emojis and sign the glass, then it prints a custom photo strip and texts them the digital copy.
Does the Magic Mirror print photos or just send digital copies?
Both. Every guest gets a printed strip on the spot plus instant delivery by text or email, and the full set lands in an online gallery after the event. Our only no-print booth is the all-digital Companion.
Can we put our names or logo on the prints?
Yes. A custom overlay comes standard on every booth: wedding monogram, hashtag, or corporate branding on every strip. Included in the $545 starting price, not an add-on.
Is it cheaper to book the Magic Mirror with a DJ?
Yes. Wedding DJ plus any booth is $2,445 flat and the booth runs the full six hours, which saves $550 vs booking them separately. For corporate and other non-wedding events, any booth is $200 off with our Event DJ.
