Bend Wedding Planning

A beautiful Central Oregon wedding still has a lot happening behind the view. Vendors may be coming from several towns, guests may be staying across Bend or Sisters, and every arrival needs to land on the same clock. We have worked events at Tetherow and Black Butte Ranch, and we plan the trip before the crew leaves Salem. Day-of coordination begins 4 to 6 weeks out with vendor confirmation and one master timeline. Full planning starts earlier with venue, vendor, budget, and rehearsal help. On the wedding day, your coordinator stays on site to run the cues and solve the quiet problems while you enjoy the people who came to see you.

Do you travel from Salem to Bend for weddings?
Yes. We're based in Salem and have worked Central Oregon weddings at Tetherow and at Black Butte Ranch in Sisters. There's no travel fee in Salem and Keizer, for Bend we price travel into your quote up front.
What's the difference between day-of coordination and full planning?
Day-of coordination ($2,500) means we build the timeline, wrangle the vendors you already booked, and run the ceremony and reception on the day. Full planning (up to $5,445) starts at engagement and adds vendor sourcing, budget tracking, and rehearsal direction.
How far out should we book wedding planning for a Bend date?
Plan on 9 to 12 months ahead for day-of coordination and 12 to 18 months for full planning. Bend's summer Saturdays go early, so if your date is set, check it now.
